These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Skinstrikes online marketplace, operated by VIRTURA PLAY LIMITED (Company No. 16704526), registered at 50 Princes Street, Ipswich, England, IP1 1RJ (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By creating an account, logging in via Steam, or using our services, you (“you”, “your”, “User”) acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use Skinstrikes.

1. Definitions

  • “Skinstrikes” means the online marketplace operated by Virtura Play Limited.
  • “Services” means all features and functionalities of the platform.
  • “Wallet Balance” means stored value held in your account.
  • “Digital Items” means in-game items or skins listed or traded.
  • “User Content” means comments, feedback, or other material submitted by you.

2. Eligibility & Account Requirements

You must meet the minimum age required by law to use digital services in your country. If you are under the age of majority in your country of residence, you must have parental or guardian consent to use Skinstrikes.
You must provide accurate registration details and maintain only one active account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, unlawful conduct, or breaches of these Terms. Accounts may also be suspended or terminated if eligibility requirements (such as age or consent) are not met.

3. Steam Login Requirement

You must log in via your Steam account to access Skinstrikes. By doing so, you authorize us to access limited profile and inventory data.
Skinstrikes is not affiliated with Valve Corporation. Users remain bound by Steam’s Terms. We are not liable for Steam outages, restrictions, or bans. Skinstrikes is not responsible for any disruptions or policy changes made by Valve Corporation that may affect your ability to access or use Digital Items.

4. Wallet & Balance

Users may top up Wallet Balance using approved methods.
Wallet Balance:

  • Is non-transferable and has no cash value outside Skinstrikes.
  • Can only be used within Skinstrikes.
  • Is non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Does not accrue interest and may be frozen or forfeited in cases of fraud, unlawful activity,
    or breach of Terms.

Seller earnings from successful trades are credited to the Wallet Balance.
Withdrawals of Wallet Balance are subject to identity verification (KYC) and compliance
checks under Section 20.

4.1 Withdrawal Process

Users may request to withdraw earnings derived from sales of Digital Items via their linked Steam account, minus applicable platform commissions.
To initiate a withdrawal:

1. Go to “My Account” → “My Wallet”.

2. Within this section, you may view top-ups, transaction history, and withdrawal options.

3. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by
submitting:

    • A selfie holding your valid ID or passport, and
    • A recent bank statement (to verify ownership of the withdrawal account).

    4. Once verification is submitted, our team will review your request.

      • Verification and approval may take up to 24 hours.
      • You will be notified once the verification is completed.

      5. Upon successful verification, the withdrawal will be processed to your designated payment method.
      We may reject or delay withdrawal requests that do not meet KYC requirements, raise security concerns, or appear suspicious.

        5. Purchases, Sales & Fees

        Purchases: By buying items, you agree to pay the listed price. All sales are final once delivered.
        Sales: A 3.5% fee applies to item sales. No fee applies to purchases.
        Delivery: Transfers are immediate and irreversible.
        Errors: We may correct mistakes and cancel orders with refunds.

        Payment Processing:
        All payments on Skinstrikes are processed by licensed third-party payment service providers (“PSPs”).
        Skinstrikes does not directly collect or store your payment card or banking details.
        All transactions are subject to verification and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) as required by law. Skinstrikes is not responsible for any delay, failure, or error in payment processing caused by PSPs, banks, or authentication providers.

        6. Marketplace and Seller Responsibilities

        6.1 Platform Role
        Skinstrikes acts solely as a digital marketplace. Virtura Play Limited is not a party to contracts between buyers and sellers.


        6.2 Seller Obligations
        By listing an item, you represent that you have full rights to sell it. Sellers must use the Steam trade system as instructed by Skinstrikes and must not list items obtained unlawfully.


        6.3 Buyer-Seller Relationship
        Purchases are contracts directly between buyer and seller. Skinstrikes facilitates transactions but does not guarantee item quality or availability beyond its escrow systems.


        6.4 Escrow and Delivery
        Items may be held in escrow by Skinstrikes bots until sale confirmation. Upon successful payment, the item is delivered to the buyer’s linked Steam account.

        6.5 Disputes
        Skinstrikes may review transaction logs and, at its discretion, resolve disputes. Virtura Play Limited accepts no liability beyond what is required under UK law.

        7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

        We may refuse or cancel orders if suspected fraudulent. You must provide current and accurate billing information. We may notify you by email or phone if required

        8. Prohibited Activities

        Users must not:

        • Use Skinstrikes unlawfully or fraudulently.
        • Harass, abuse, or discriminate.
        • Circumvent security or use bots.
        • Upload viruses or malicious code.
        • Resell or exploit services commercially without authorization.
        • Provide false or misleading info.
        • Collect others’ personal info.
        • Engage in obscene or unlawful use of the Services.

        9. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

        We strive for accurate listings but do not guarantee error-free descriptions or images. We may correct inaccuracies at any time.

        10. Refund Policy

        Refunds are generally available within 14 days if items have not been accessed, traded, or consumed. Refunds are not available where you are banned or abuse the system. Wallet Balance is non-refundable except as required by law. Refunds are not available once Digital Items have been delivered to your Steam account, except where required by law (including defective or misdescribed digital content under the UK Consumer Rights Act).

        11. Intellectual Property

        All content, branding, and software of Skinstrikes are owned by VirturaPlay LTD or its licensors. Users must not copy, redistribute, or reproduce without permission.

        12. User Content & Feedback

        By submitting feedback or other material, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and publish it. You remain responsible for ensuring it does not infringe others’ rights.

        13. Privacy & Data Protection

        We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and ourPrivacy Policy, available on our website.

        14. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

        Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtura Play Limited is not liable for lost profits, data, or indirect damages. Our liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the last 6 months. Statutory rights under UK law remain unaffected.

        15. Indemnity

        You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VirturaPlay LTD, its officers and employees from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.

        16. Suspension & Termination

        We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches, fraud, or harm caused. Balances may be frozen during investigations. Funds and Wallet Balance may be permanently forfeited in cases of confirmed fraud, chargebacks, or unlawful conduct.

        17. Dispute Resolution

        Contact support@skinstrikes.com for disputes. These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers in the UK or EU may bring proceedings in their country of residence under applicable consumer laws

        18. Severability & Entire Agreement

        If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Virtura Play Limited.

        19. Amendments

        We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If material changes are made, we will provide notice in advance where reasonably possible.

        20. Know-Your-Customer (KYC) & Verification Procedures

        Skinstrikes may conduct KYC and identity verification procedures in the following cases:

        • If the User’s activity, transaction, or payment instrument is deemed suspicious.
        • If the User wishes to withdraw funds earned through successful sales.

        Depending on the case, KYC may include, but is not limited to, requests for:

        • Full name and date of birth.
        • ID document number and scanned copy (passport or ID card).
        • Selfie of the User holding their ID document.
        • Bank statement (for withdrawal verification).
        • Utility bill or proof of address.
        • Video verification or other supporting evidence.

        We monitor activity and transactions for suspicious or unusual behavior. Examples include, but are not limited to:

        • Appearing on sanctions or watch lists.
        • Providing false, outdated, or third-party documents.
        • Using multiple accounts or payment methods.
        • Attempting to conceal identity or exploit site vulnerabilities.
        • Engaging in illegal activity or breaching these Terms.

        If we identify suspicious activity or a breach, we may, at our discretion and without prior
        notice:

        • Refuse or suspend a transaction.
        • Remove listed items from sale.
        • Block or restrict payment methods.
        • Initiate additional verification checks.
        • Suspend or terminate the User’s account.

        A User may appeal our decision by contacting Customer Support. Skinstrikes may request
        further documentation during the appeal review.

        21. Acceptance and Contact Information

        By using the Services, creating an account, or logging in via Steam, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using Skinstrikes and close your account.

        22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

        These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
        If you are a business user, you agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may bring proceedings in your country of residence under applicable consumer protection laws.
